Instruction:

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them very thinly – the thickness of the slices is about 2 mm. It is very convenient if you have a special grater.
Heat vegetable oil well in a saucepan. Drop a portion of potato slices into the oil about 3 minutes. No need to fry everything at once – the slices should float freely in the oil!
You need to make sure that the slices don’t stick together – turn them over and separate them if they do stick together. Place the potato chips on a kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil. Add salt. You can add any dry spices. Shake. Homemade chips are ready. Chips, of course, are not diet food, but sometimes you really want to treat yourself to something tasty. Enjoy your meal!
