Ingredients:
- lemon – 40 g
- orange – 80 g
- honey – 21 g
- cinnamon – 2 g
- sesame oil – 28 g
- apples – 370 g
- carrots – 500 g
Method:
- Grate the lemon peel. Juice the lemon and the orange. Pour the juices into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest, the honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Mix well, stirring in the sesame oil.
- Wash, dry and quarter the apples. Remove the core and cut the apples in thin slices.
- Turn in the dressing. Peel the carrots and cut in thin strips.
- Add to the apples and mix thoroughly
- Transfer into a salad bowl and serve.
