Country Chicken Cutlets

Delicious, ruddy chicken cutlets are good in any case, you can take them with you to work or on the road – they are delicious even when cold.

  • whole country chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste

Peel the onion, potatoes and garlic. Cut the onion and potatoes into 4 pieces.

Separate chicken meat from bones.

Put the chicken meat, onion, garlic and potatoes through a meat grinder.

Salt and pepper the minced meat and add the egg.

Mix the minced meat well.

Using wet hands, form cutlets from the minced chicken.

Heat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil.

Fry the chicken cutlets over moderate heat for about 7 minutes on each side until golden brown. After turning the cutlets over to the other side, you can cover the pan with a lid.
