CHOCOLATE MAGNOLIA

1 liter of milk

1 cup of granulated sugar

1 egg yolk

Half a cup of flour

Half a cup of starch

1 tablespoon of butter

1 pack of cream (200 ml)

250 gr of baby biscuits

For the ganache;

1 pack of cream (200 ml)

140 gr of milk chocolate

For the decoration;

Chocolate chips

Mint leaves

For the chocolate magnolia pudding, put the milk, sugar, egg yolk, flour and starch in a pot. Before turning on the stove, mix well so that there are no lumps.

Then turn on the stove and cook until it boils, stirring constantly.

When it starts to bubble, turn off the stove and add the butter and mix.

When the butter melts, put our pudding in a bowl, cover it with stretch film and leave it aside so that it cools faster.

For the ganache, heat the cream in a saucepan until it reaches the boiling point.

Turn off the stove before it boils and add the chocolate and melt it. Let our ganache cool.

Grind the biscuits in a food processor to make them powdery.

Add the liquid cream to the completely cooled pudding and beat it with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Let’s spread the baby biscuits on the bottom of our cups. Let’s pour some of the pudding on top.

After placing the biscuits and pudding again, let’s spread the ganache. Let’s prepare all our cups in this way.

After resting our chocolate magnolias in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, let’s decorate them as we wish and serve. I got 7 cups with these measurements. Bon appetit to those who will try it!
