Ingredients
- 3 eggs mix in a bowl for omelet
- 6 or 7 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 tsp non-salted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking instructions:
- Take frying pan, add butter, remove the skin of tomatoes, chop them and add to the pan.
- Cook the tomatoes until done, they should be mushy.
- Add egg omelet on top and cook until egg is well done.
