Lime – 4 pcs.
Drinking water – 1-1.2 l
Condensed milk – 380 g (1 can)
Ice – 5-7 cubes
Instruction:
Peel 2 limes and discard the white, bitter rind. Trim the remaining 2 limes to just the pointy ends (down to the pulp), reserving the remaining rind. Cut each lime into 8 pieces. Place the lime slices in a blender bowl, add 250 milliliters of drinking water and blend everything for 8- 10 seconds in the pulse mode. At this stage, it is important not to overdo it. The finer the lime is chopped, the more intense its taste will be and, as a result, the more its inherent bitterness will be felt. Strain the mixture. Place the resulting aromatic water with lime juice back into the blender bowl. Add another 700 milliliters of water and condensed milk. Beat for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy and snow-white in appearance. Add 5-7 ice cubes and blend for another 1 minute. Taste the drink and dilute it to your taste if necessary by adding more drinking water. Pour the Brazilian lemonade into a glass, add a straw and serve.
