Ingredients:
250 gr lamb meat
250 gr tomatoes
180 gr green pepper
1.5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Put butter in the pot. Add the meat and fry in butter. While the meat is roasting, it will release its water and when it absorbs it, add 3 cups of water and close the lid. Dice the pepper and tomato. When the meat absorbs its water, add the pepper and tomato. Add salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and cook with the lid closed. Enjoy!
