APPLE AND CARROT SALAD

  • lemon – 40 g
  • orange – 80 g
  • honey – 21 g
  • cinnamon – 2 g
  • sesame oil – 28 g
  • apples – 370 g
  • carrots – 500 g
  1. Grate the lemon peel. Juice the lemon and the orange. Pour the juices into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest, the honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Mix well, stirring in the sesame oil.
  3. Wash, dry and quarter the apples. Remove the core and cut the apples in thin slices.
  4. Turn in the dressing. Peel the carrots and cut in thin strips.
  5. Add to the apples and mix thoroughly
  6. Transfer into a salad bowl and serve.
